California IT Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Technician to maintain IT operations and provide support for their farm in Lanai, Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel quarterly to the Lanai facility for hands-on support and system maintenance
• Act as the primary IT contact for the Lanai facility, identifying technology needs and resolving issues
• Manage and monitor support tickets, ensuring timely response and resolution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
• Proficiency in managing IT support tickets and resolving user issues
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and basic network troubleshooting
• Experience with identity and access management using Okta and cross-platform device management
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
