Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Technician I/II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot a variety of IT-related products and resolve escalated issues
• Document service requests accurately in the ticketing system

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of relevant IT support experience or a combination of education and experience
• Intermediate-level knowledge of various IT systems and tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively and lead small projects
• Must be available for training from 8 AM to 5 PM CST for the first two weeks
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field or IT certifications are preferred
