Sua missão como SDR (pré-vendas) 🎯

Como Sales Development Representative (SDR), você será responsável por trabalhar com indicações de parceiros da ClassApp e Inbound, validando o perfil do potencial cliente, com a finalidade de agendar boas reuniões, que tenham uma taxa alta de conversão em fechamentos, impulsionando o crescimento da ClassApp. 

 

Principais responsabilidades 💪

  • Levantamento e validação de informações dos clientes em potencial indicados e qualificação desses contatos;
  • Abordagem com as escolas por meio de e-mail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp e, principalmente, ligações;
  • Agendar reuniões com personas e SLA pré-definidas;
  • Colaborar com o time de vendas para garantir uma boa passagem de bastão do processo de indicação para a venda;
  • Medir e avaliar os dados de pré-vendas, incluindo taxas de conversão, no show e performance nas etapas do funil.

 

Principais requisitos técnicos: 

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Engenharia de Produção, Comunicação e Marketing;
  • Experiência de pelo menos 01 ano na área;
  • Conhecimento em pré-vendas B2B;
  • Conhecimento em Funil de Vendas.
