As a Senior Warehouse Associate in our Philadelphia location, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will be supervising and coordinating activities essential to the flow of materials and equipment in our warehouse. Imagine a typical day where you’ll be planning inbound and outbound schedules, assigning responsibilities based on workload, and working closely with Inventory Control to maintain accurate records. Within the first month, you’ll dive deep into our inventory systems, familiarize yourself with our wide range of supplies, and assist in implementing key tracking procedures. In the following months, you'll take charge of establishing inventory controls and making insightful recommendations for improvements that enhance our operations. We’re looking for someone organized and resourceful, with a knack for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Your forklift operation experience will be invaluable as you help maintain safety procedures while also developing training programs for our warehouse staff.
