Looking for an exciting opportunity to thrive as a BIM Modeler - Scan to BIM Specialist? Join our global Scan-to-BIM team, where we're all about building lasting partnerships instead of merely completing one-off projects. At our company, we collaborate with partners in 12 different countries, tackling various BIM projects weekly. Our focus is on delivering a defined LOD200 Scan-to-BIM product that ensures quality and efficiency while maintaining low, fixed pricing. We believe that BIM should be a product easily delivered in hours rather than weeks, and that’s our promise to our partners. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating precise BIM models from registered point clouds, encompassing everything from architecture and MEP to furniture and equipment. We value strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail, as you'll navigate both metric and imperial systems to provide exceptional model accuracy. Ideally, we’re looking for someone with 3-5 years of Revit experience who has a genuine focus on BIM technology and has previously engaged in Scan-to-BIM projects. The ability to collaborate with QA/QC teams and implement client feedback will be crucial to your success. Do you thrive under tight deadlines and possess a keen understanding of technical drawings? If that’s you, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow with us and be part of our mission to enhance the BIM process across various building types!
