• Enter referrals and documentation accurately and within established timeframes
• Communicate with referral sources and patients regarding documentation and financial responsibilities
• Collaborate with local branch leadership and the sales team to ensure compliance and facilitate the referral process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One year of experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or related fields
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment preferred
• Familiarity with payer guidelines and clinical documentation
• Proficient in using multiple online EMR systems
