Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Counselor Supervisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise non-medical counselors and ensure adherence to counseling protocols and quality standards
• Monitor outcomes data, audits, and customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Provide coaching and professional development to counselors while maintaining accurate documentation of performance

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
• Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license or certification for independent practice
• Two years of full-time post-master's supervised clinical experience
• Four years of experience supervising licensed counselors
• Must meet professional and ethical conduct standards as prescribed by the licensing board
