Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Happiness Associate, Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via various communication channels, providing accurate information and resolving concerns
• Promote and cross-sell company products during servicing calls to contribute to business growth
• Assist clients with payment arrangements and guide them through loan processes and documentation

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or collections
• Tech-savvy, preferably with MAC experience, and capable of basic math calculations
• Ability to manage high call volumes and work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience in student lending, banking, or financial aid industries is preferred
• Background in call center environments or exposure to sales/account management roles is advantageous
