Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to negotiate fair injury settlements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Relevant experience in claims adjusting or a related field
• Knowledge of automobile insurance policies and legal aspects of bodily injury claims
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
