Insurance Underwriting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Underwriting Operations Analyst to support the Operations and Compliance division.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop underwriting guidelines and processes for new products and policy enhancements
• Support cross-functional initiatives and provide alignment on business requirements for updates
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in the implementation of enhanced processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry
• 2-3 years of experience in Underwriting; Portfolio Underwriting or Management is a plus
• Experience in Pet Insurance and/or Insurtech is a plus
• Intellectually curious with a desire to learn and improve processes
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues independently
