Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer to support the Training Division of a government agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop lesson plans, student guides, quizzes, and other training materials with subject matter experts and instructors
• Update and maintain course content for instructor-led and web-based courses
• Evaluate performance results and recommend changes to enhance project growth and success

Required Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo a background investigation and/or obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or Instructional Design from an accredited institution
• Minimum two years of experience as an Instructional Systems Designer
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Instructional Systems Design Certification preferred but not required
