Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of learning solutions for complex policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive learning solutions for Social Security policies
• Conduct needs assessments and create instructional strategies that meet federal training standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of learning materials

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field with 7+ years of experience
• Expert knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, and other federal-approved instructional design methodologies
• Experience designing training for complex government policies and procedures
• Proficiency in federal-approved authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate
• Eligibility for Public Trust Clearance and experience with controlled unclassified information handling
