Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education and Training Specialist Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and delivery of educational materials and training services
• Assess organizational training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
• Administer the learning management system and manage training budgets and resources

Required Qualifications

• BA degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or a relevant field
• Coursework must include topics in learning theory, instructional design, and educational evaluation
• 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience in training program development
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen located in the United States
