Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the development, production, and launch of customer-facing instructional materials using Articulate 360 and video production software
• Explain concepts in simple language tailored to various audiences to enhance content retention
• Organize reviews and maintain electronic libraries of instructional materials throughout development and production phases

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Communications, Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Experience with Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences Industry preferred
