Instructional Designer I

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer Level 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum that integrates biblical principles for adult undergraduate and graduate programs
• Implement quality standards for learning outcomes and course materials based on the Quality Matters Rubric
• Collaborate with academic teams to design and refine instructional strategies and manage course development projects

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university
• Two to three years of instructional design experience preferred
• Experience with adult education and online learning platforms preferred
• Knowledge of multimedia development tools such as Premiere Pro or Articulate preferred
• Commitment to stay updated in the field of instructional design and development
