Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales AEs focused on new business acquisition

• Set performance standards and maximize team productivity using data-driven metrics

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B media or digital advertising sales, with 1-2 years in management
• Proven track record of coaching quota-carrying reps to exceed goals
• Expert-level proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools
• Deep understanding of the ad sales funnel, particularly at the top and mid-level
• Highly organized and analytical with a data-driven decision-making approach
