Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Service Representative to promote products in the Migraine/Rheumatoid Arthritis space.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates and answers inbound and outbound sales calls or electronic inquiries from prospective and existing customers
• Establishes business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians to support product success
• Resolves routine issues and follows standard practices in analyzing situations or data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/university preferred
• 1-3 years of B2B/pharma/inside sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in a remote-only sales environment
• Experience with Salesforce and Veeva preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain customer relationships
