Ensures that the processes related to the efficient execution of orders are properly carried out and that the team of Sales Operations Analysts operates in alignment with the area’s objectives and timelines. Guarantees the CRM is correctly configured and updated for each event to meet objectives and process orders accurately. Ensures the correct management of floor plans and inventory. Manages and leads a team of Sales Operations Analysts to fulfill the department's purpose. Acts as the CRM (Salesforce) expert, providing the necessary support to the commercial team as well as delivering the required training within the company. Manages floor plan software tools such as AutoCAD and ExpoCAD.

Oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of Sales Operations activities. Collaborates with sales, marketing, finance, and other department’s leadership to ensure the sales strategy is aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Designs and implements processes and policies related to Sales Operations; Sales Pipeline Management, Forecasting, and Reporting; analyzes sales performance, trends, and metrics; provides sales training, coaching, and provides support at both the operational and CRM (Salesforce) levels; resolves sales-related issues and escalations; and manages event floor plans using Autocad and Expocad design tools.

This role helps to ensure an efficient and effective execution of the sales order process.  Enables the sales teams to efficiently and effectively move through the sales process and provides training, tools, and capabilities to do so. It is also responsible to ensure a streamlined downstream delivery of contracts and products. It has an important enabling role on revenue recognition and product fulfilment and works in coordination with Customer Succes and other internal teams.

 

Leadership/Team Coordination

•Coordination of a team of Sales Operation Analysts, including resourcing/workforce planning, performance managing, developing, coaching and creation of a high performing team. 

•Leads the Sales Operations team on the planning, resourcing, and on cross-divisional projects.

•Builds and maintains an environment that encourages continuous improvement and colleague engagement.

 

Order to Cash and Fulfilment Process Management

•Works with SSC to ensure processes, accuracy and timeliness of SLAs with customers,

•Maintains sales order process, communicates any changes, and troubleshoots outlier processes impacting the customer experience.

•Provides support and guidance to the Sales Operations team members on how to execute processes.

•Manages, monitors and reports on key team’s KPIs - Opportunity Rejection rates, Case queries, etc.

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of results vs. goals
  • Development and updating of dashboards in Power BI
  • Develops new Dashboard configurations
  • Merchandise and sponsor inventory management
  • Event and product coordination and setup in CRM (including floor plans)

Requisitos

Key skills and qualifications

  • Excellent Microsoft suite.
  • Experience in CRM (Sales Force).
  • Experience in handling spaces and managing floor plans for shows (AutoCad and Expo Cad).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Highly effective communicator both verbal and written in English and Spanish.

Requirements needed for the role

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sales Operations systems, with the ability to train new team members.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Sales Operations leadership, covering a variety of customer service processes and managing complex/challenging customer issues.
  • Experience working with KPIs/SLAs.
  • Experience in project management, engaging contributors at all levels
