Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new hires.
• Drive the implementation and coordination of the company’s performance management system, including feedback and review cycles.
• Take an active role in organizational development projects, focusing on culture, structure, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and maintain the internal academy and learning & development programs to support employee growth.
• Liaise with external consultants and service providers to manage P&C-related projects and ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee all orientation, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
• Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Plan and organize internal events and cultural activities to strengthen team cohesion and company values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in People & Culture, with hands-on involvement in recruitment, performance management, organizational development, and employee experience.
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end P&C operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in designing and managing learning & development initiatives or company academies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to work with P&C metrics and reporting tools.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
