Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of HRIS platforms to align with organizational goals
• Plan and manage the deployment of new releases and ensure alignment with organizational needs
• Lead system-specific projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources for successful implementation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS system modules (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management and vendor management
• Strong technical aptitude to resolve complex system issues
• Familiarity with HR processes and compliance requirements
