• Develop, implement, and manage DoorDash’s compensation strategy
• Provide leadership in scaling compensation programs
• Guide the development of DoorDash’s compensation programs
• Serve as a strategic partner and compensation expert
• Ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math or a related field
• 8+ years of experience focused on developing and scaling compensation programs
• Ability to translate vision into executable strategy
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and strong communicator
• Strong business acumen, data analysis skills, and understanding of equity/stock compensation
• Comfortable with emerging HR technologies
