Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Pharmacist Specialty - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of prescriptions translated by pharmacy technicians
• Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of a patient's drug therapy through drug utilization review
• Provide drug information to patients and communicate with healthcare providers regarding drug therapy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Doctorate Degree of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State(s) of Indiana or Michigan
• 1+ years of Pharmacist experience
• Ability to navigate MS Office and a Windows based environment
• Availability to train Monday - Friday during dayshift business hours for up to 16 weeks
