Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Acquisition & Recruiting Due Diligence Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct the Due Diligence process for assessing potential business portfolios
  • Facilitate discussions with candidates to finalize due diligence and develop financial proposals
  • Examine complex issues related to advisor business portfolios and deliver analysis findings to senior leaders
Required Qualifications
  • College degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of successful industry experience
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and expertise related to experienced Advisor recruiting
  • Expert level of knowledge about financial markets and the investment industry
