Required Qualifications

• NMLS License is required
• 3+ years of experience managing a mortgage origination team
• 5+ years of sales experience in a mortgage lending environment
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage originations and compliance guidelines
• Proven ability to build and lead sales teams to exceed production goals
