IME Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IME Supervisor responsible for managing the Independent Medical Exam process and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee the CSR and QA Boards to ensure timely and accurate processing of files
• Conduct daily audits and provide coaching/training to meet performance goals
• Ensure adherence to client-directed Turn Around Time and assist with scheduling and coordinating depositions

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in medical peer review or healthcare industry required
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
• Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
