Fidelity Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fidelity Manager responsible for evaluating clinical training programs and ensuring fidelity to patient care protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of fidelity raters and oversee fidelity evaluation processes
• Develop and monitor reports on fidelity to treatment throughout the provider training lifecycle
• Collaborate with various teams to implement improvements based on fidelity data

Required Qualifications

• PhD/PsyD in psychology or a related field
• 4+ years of experience evaluating implementation of eating disorder interventions
• Experience with data manipulation in business intelligence or statistical tools
• Ability to drive innovation in clinical care delivery
• Proven relationship-building skills across an organization
