Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and maintain responsibility over patient plans of care
• Participate in departmental process improvement and educational efforts
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective communication with healthcare team members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• Preferred: Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
• Availability for non-traditional hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
