Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Provider- Physician Assistant, Georgia License.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic wellness assessment visits
• Create patient care plans and document patient interactions
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure appropriate referrals and care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Appropriate CNS, NP, or PA licensure/certification in Georgia
• Willingness to obtain licensure/certification in additional states
• Experience in telehealth, wellness visits, and preventative care
• Compliance with CEU and licensure requirements
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
