IAM Business Analyst - job 1 of 4

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Business Analyst to support the discovery, planning, and implementation of a large-scale Identity and Access Management transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with solution architect to design and document IAM solutions
• Own and iterate on business process diagrams, swimlanes, and workflows using Lucidchart
• Document and manage requirements in Jira while collaborating with cross-functional teams using Confluence

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience on Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects
• Experience on multiple IAM deployments or migrations
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale environments and user lifecycle management
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting
• Proficiency with Lucidchart, Jira, and Confluence
