Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM (AU Time Zone)

Who The Client Is: The client is a Progressive PR & Communications (PPR&C) agency specialising in strategic public relations campaigns and creative, dynamic publicity projects across arts, entertainment, lifestyle, new products and music.

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Marketing Coordinator to support our PR agency. In this role, you'll assist with a range of administrative and marketing tasks, including iSentia reporting, preparing new business proposals, building influencer lists, and supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced PR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Admin Support: Assist in setting up new clients on Monday.com, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
  • Proposal Preparation: Help create compelling new business proposals using Canva, ensuring that all materials are well-presented and tailored to each client.
  • Influencer Campaign support: Research and build out influencer lists for campaigns, ensuring relevant, high-quality contacts are identified. Assisting with outreach to Influencers, developing content briefs, drafting agreements and collate coverage.
  • Reporting: Assist with iSentia reporting (training provided if needed), helping to track and analyze media coverage and metrics for clients.
  • Social Media Support: Assist with social media management and coordination across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilise scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or loomly to manage social media schedules and assist with creating and populating content calendars for clients
  • Ongoing Administration: Provide general admin support, including maintaining project timelines, WIPs (Work in Progress), and client communication.

      • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, digital marketing coordination, or a related field.
      • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
      • High level of organization and attention to detail.
      • experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and email marketing and ad creation
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
      • Proficiency in Canva and Monday.com (or willingness to learn quickly).
      • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
      • Experience with iSentia is a plus, but not required (training provided).
      • Previous PR or marketing experience is beneficial but not necessary; enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn are key.
      • Positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
      • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
      • A passion for creativity, marketing, and PR.
