Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Equity Mortgage Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage a pipeline of Home Equity loans while ensuring timely communication with all parties involved
• Gather and analyze necessary documentation from borrowers and third parties for underwriting approval
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the loan processing experience

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of mortgage processing industry experience preferred
• Broker fulfillment experience is a plus
• Ability to manage a pipeline of 30-50 loans
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS and Fannie Mae guidelines
• Must be highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment
