Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead Analyst to join their Travel Hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with subsidiary leaders
• Analyze financial performance trends and support the preparation of forecasts
• Create ad hoc reports and assist in developing executive-level presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Experience with financial modeling and market trend comparisons
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Must be able to work in the EST time zone
