Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Associate (Tier 1) to support a Windows 11 laptop refresh project.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact end users to coordinate laptop refresh and provide instructions
• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system
• Assist users with basic troubleshooting related to Windows 10, Windows 11, and OneDrive

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a helpdesk, IT support, or customer service role
• Basic understanding of Windows 10, Windows 11, and OneDrive
• Ability to follow scripts and procedures while adapting to user needs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
