Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage client relationships and support user inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Respond to client inquiries for user support and perform outbound outreach to drive service adoption
  • Assist Account Managers and provide feedback to improve customer retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in a customer support environment
  • Experience with customer support software such as Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to manage 40+ calls a day
  • A passion for helping others succeed and a positive attitude
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team setting
