Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with health plan teams to align departmental initiatives and ensure compliance
• Guide operational teams through the regulatory process, including filings and audits
• Draft and negotiate agreements while ensuring compliance with legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• College degree in healthcare, policy, or a related field; JD or healthcare compliance certification preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in licensing and regulatory compliance within a fully insured health plan
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Proven project management abilities in dynamic environments
• Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize competing demands
