Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II (CST or EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business processes related to compliance activities, creating flowcharts for organizational feedback
• Facilitate requirements gathering, assist with QA, and document all necessary project artifacts
• Work autonomously in a remote environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in business process design and system analysis
• Proficiency with data visualization tools
• Experience with system testing, UAT, and defect tracking
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
