Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Implementation Specialist to support the onboarding and renewal of mid-sized employer groups in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track, and execute essential tasks for group setup in partnership with Implementation Managers
• Capture and manage key data points while addressing group-specific customizations and resolving implementation complexities
• Operate within key systems to support implementation workflows and ensure alignment with stakeholders

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in healthcare or project management strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, AXIS, OBM, or similar workflow and data systems
• Familiarity with healthcare benefits or employer-sponsored insurance plans is a plus
