Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to hospitals and provider offices to obtain important clinical documentation
• Contact hospitals and provider groups to ensure communication of clinical decisions
• Manage clinical contact lists and provide operational support for medical management processes

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative or office experience
• Proficient in technology, particularly Gmail/G Suite
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a customer service-oriented role
