Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve insurance denials and underpayments
• Communicate with healthcare insurance companies to address denial issues
• Analyze contracts and billing to ensure accurate reimbursement

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare insurance billing and collections
• Deep knowledge of payer rules and denial interpretation
• Experience with healthcare billing/EHR systems (e.g., EPIC, Paragon)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and claim types
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
