The Head of Digital Marketing will drive HCA’s digital strategy, enhancing online visibility and delivering measurable results across all channels.

This role oversees website optimization, digital advertising, and SEO, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy and supporting the “1HCA transformation” to create a seamless client experience and drive cross-brand synergies.

Working closely with the Head of Brand and Content, this position leverages data-driven insights and innovative campaigns to shape HCA’s digital presence and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and ROI targets.
• Oversee digital channels, including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
• Drive acquisition, retention, and conversion through performance marketing campaigns.
• Partner with the Head of Brand and Content to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners.
• Leverage analytics to measure campaign success, identify opportunities, and optimize strategies.
• Implement continuous improvements using A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering innovation and high performance.
• Stay updated on trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Advocate for customer-centric digital marketing practices across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth in a multi-product, multi-service organization.
• Expertise in digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and digital advertising.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making, setting KPIs, and using insights to inform strategy.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing digital teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
