Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health and Benefits Compliance Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in consulting with clients on health and welfare compliance issues
• Support multiple client projects and draft quality client deliverables
• Research compliance and tax issues, and participate in compliance assessments

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or 1-3 years of relevant experience in employee benefits
• Experience in employee health and welfare benefit consulting with a compliance focus
• Knowledge of IRC, ERISA, COBRA, PPACA, and related laws preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and produce quality deliverables
• Experience working in teams and leveraging resources for client challenges
