Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of client and prospect accounts, collaborating with leadership on prospecting efforts
• Direct and support clients in identifying and building sales opportunities
• Drive innovation in client advancement operations through market research and analysis, offering best practice counsel

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in advancement/development services or consulting
• 7-10 years of relevant thought leadership experience
• Up-to-date knowledge of fundraising and the non-profit industry
• Experience in managing accounts within a consulting context
• Familiarity with technology systems such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or Blackbaud
