Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the sales enablement strategy, aligning with GTM objectives and revenue targets
  • Design and launch scalable onboarding programs and deliver ongoing training on sales methodologies and product knowledge
  • Produce and maintain high-impact sales content and evaluate sales enablement tools for effectiveness


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and buyer journeys
  • Experience in creating and managing sales content
  • Background in the BPO industry or with augmented AI solutions preferred
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments is a plus
