Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to lead the AAA Sales Playbook Strategy and enhance sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine the AAA Sales Playbook, ensuring alignment with sales processes and member journeys
  • Partner with the Talent and Member Development team to deliver targeted training programs and resources
  • Define and track KPIs related to sales enablement effectiveness and optimize sales processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 3+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales operations, preferably in financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement and ability to align training with sales processes
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Proven ability to develop structured content and sales programs that drive behavior change
