Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Planning & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and optimize the integrated marketing planning model for campaigns and quarterly activities
• Lead cross-discipline marketing planning sessions and collaborate with Finance to manage marketing budgets
• Oversee the construction of marketing deliverables and identify areas for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing Planning and Operations or similar roles
• Experience managing budgets in complex organizations
• Proven project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
• Experience in subscription businesses is preferred
• Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
