Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Brand & Content Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the brand identity and narrative across all channels and assets
• Lead and inspire the in-house creative studio team to ensure excellence and consistency
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful campaigns targeting DTC founders and enterprise buyers

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in brand, creative, and content leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS or DTC tech
• Ability to shape a brand platform and translate positioning into compelling narratives
• Experience in launching brands or rebrands and bringing a vision to life
• Fluency in creative team dynamics, including hiring, feedback, and coaching
• Strong belief in creative as a revenue driver rather than a cost center
