Key Responsibilities

• Own global demand generation and drive new pipeline across all markets
• Transform company strategy into actionable marketing plans and coach the team for execution
• Lead a team of regional growth marketers and launch creative campaigns across social media platforms

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or fast-growth startups
• Proven track record of building lead generation engines and exceeding pipeline targets
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including content, email, SEO/SEM, and paid media
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese fluency is a significant advantage
• Strong understanding of AI tools for content creation and performance optimization
