Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support digital marketing campaigns and maintain marketing data.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch Marketo campaigns, including emails and landing pages
• Manage program templates and maintain scalable architecture within Marketo
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and dashboard creation

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Marketo, including campaign building and management
• Understanding of data flows between Marketo and CRM platforms
• Experience in analyzing campaign performance and configuring tracking mechanisms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish or French is a bonus
