Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic insights partner to senior leadership, translating customer signals into strategic decisions
• Define and socialize an insights roadmap to influence marketing and sales strategies
• Lead foundational studies and manage global brand health and creative-testing programs

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B, Sales, or marketing insights with 5+ years leading high-impact teams
• Proven record of influencing brand positioning and product launches through data-driven storytelling
• Expertise in quantitative & qualitative research methods and survey design
• Applied knowledge of AI tools for research automation and insight acceleration
• Experience with global/international research is a plus
