Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the customer retention strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Lead customer segmentation and personalization efforts to enhance engagement and value
• Design and manage customer lifecycle marketing programs and oversee multi-channel retention campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the mortgage lending or financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in marketing focused on customer retention and lifecycle marketing
• Expertise in data-driven retention strategies and advanced proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills and project management abilities
